1 Mbhl, son of Tḥbb, dedicated and 2 announced to his Lord, the god Rgbn, 3 in his temple Ḫrfn, the enclosed land, 4 that in the city of Ṣanāʿ, that land 5 of the tribe Ḏbḥn, because Rgbn helped 6 and granted favour to his lord Ḏ- 7 mrʿly, he of Raydān, in all the events 8 that implored for his heart; and because 9 he saved his servant Mbh- 10 l when his lord Ḏmrʿly ordered him 11 to guard the city 12 of Ms³wlm of the citadel Hdmn. The 13 god Rgbn might keep out, 14 ruin, break the opponents and the enemies of their 15 lord Ḏmrʿly and of his servant Mbhl. 16 And the god Rgbn might give assurance of safety 17 and health to their lord Ḏmrʿly, he of Raydān, 18 and safety and health to his servant Mbhl, 19 and health and justice to them.
