The support of the inscription Nihm/al-Quṭra 2 is divided in two fragments, which are not contiguous. The editor has called them as fragment "a" and fragment "b". |
1 | It is the second or third line of the original inscription, which preserves only part of one of the personal names of the authors of this dedication. According to Frantsouzoff Ḥywm was a patronymic. |
3-4 | bʿl Qdm ʾdmm: this attribute of Tʾlb is here attested for the first time. |
8-12 | The lines 2-12 correspond to lines 1-5 of the fragment "b" in the edition of Frantsouzoff. |
