   1  Wqhʾl Rym bn ʾbydʿ mlk Mʿnm bny mʾḫḏn S²bʿn k-qnyh-
   2  s¹ ḏt Rmln w-ḏ Ḥrṣ w-rṯd-s¹ ʿṯtr S²rqn w-ʾlʾlt Mʿnm w-(ʾ)—
   3  lʾlt S¹bʾ w-ʾlʾlt ʾs²ʿbm bn ḏ-yḫbl-s¹ w-nḍw b-s¹lmm w-ḍrm

TRANSLATIONS

English

   1  Wqhʾl Rym son of ʾbydʿ, king of Maʿīn, built the basin S²bʿn for his properties,
   2  ḏt Rmln and ḏ Ḥrṣ, and committed it to ʿṯtr S²rqn, the gods of Maʿīn, the
   3  gods of Sabaʾ and the tribal gods against anyone who may damage them and spoil them in war and in peace.
