Notes on support and decorations | Alabaster human head with long cylindrical neck, incised eyebrows (for inlay), large eyes (original inlay not preserved), ears in relief, small prominent nose and slightly defined mouth with two small holes drilled laterally. An oval depression frames the mouth (maybe to house an inlay). Two parallel horizontal lines are incised on the upper part of the neck. The top of the head is missing, the nose is chipped and the head is broken at neck. The rear part of the sculpture is flat and damaged on the upper part. |
