Notes on support and decorationsIncense burner with truncated pyramidal base placed on a stepped plinth (with five steps). Artefact and plinth have been carved separately. Censer cubic in shape, decorated on the upper part of the frontal face with horizontal grooves, rectangular dentils and nine pointed merlons. On the frontal face of the base god's symbol in shape of arrow (Mdhww's symbol?). Low relief. Note: for a comparison of the pointed elements see some of the bronze incense burners with splayed foot (WA1329090; NAM 1423; NAM 1455 in ʿAlī ʿAqīl and Antonini 2007: 65, 196, 197).
