Notes on support and decorationsCalcite-alabaster human head, with unfinished top and back side. The face features are only sketched: ears lacking; oval face upon massive neck; short forehead, ending at the hairline; un-carved eyes (originally painted); long and large nose, which forms a T with the forehead; small mouth. The yellowish alabaster shows sizeable orange veining.
