TRANSLATIONS

English

1  Krbʾl Wtr, son of Ḏmrʿly, mukar‒
2  rib of Sabaʾ, acquired Ḥṣṣm, all territory irrigated by (the water of the canals)
3  Wtr and Wqh, and let no one claim proprietary rights to K ‒
4  rbʾl regarding his irrigated area Ḥṣṣm and regarding
5  his canals Wtr and Wqh; with full ownership rights and
6  let there be no violation. And it was (erected), for the delimitation of those
7  boundaries, the boundary stela of the territory irrigated by (the water of the canals) Wtr and Wqh.
8  All the boundary stelae (were placed) on the two constructions, that Brhmw,
9  son of Ṣbḥhmw of the family Gdnm, did for
  10  his palmgrove Mwyftn.
8hqwf is translated by the Beeston et alii 1982 "delimitation". Probably means the action of building stelae.
