The item is dated to the 4th-5th c. AD (Pirenne, quoting the stylistic analysis of P. Calmeyer). The text script, however, is only slightly more recent than that of some similar exemplars dated to period D (e.g. LPC 6).

Apparatus
It is not easy to read the text from the photos, but the verb could be s²m instead of s²n.
