English

   1  Wqhʾl Ṣdq, son of ʾlyfʿ, king of Maʿīn, and the judges of quarrels, dedicated and consecrated to ʿṯtr ḏ-Qbḍm, to Wdm and to N-
   2  krḥm, gods of Maʿīn, the whole construction of the tower Ẓrbn, from foundations to the wall that built ḏ-Ḥḏʾr.
