Apparatus
4Tawfīq records ʿṯtr w-Qbḍ and Bron accepts the transcription, but it is more probable to restore ʿṯtr ḏ-Qbḍ.

TRANSLATIONS

English

   1  Ḫlyfʿ Fys², priest of Wdm, son of ʾbkrb, father of Nbṭkrb Rym and ʾlrm Ṣdq, the two priests of Wdm, and their offspring Ḫlyfʿ Rym and S¹ʿdʾl and ʾlkrb and ʿms¹mʿ, of the clan Ydʿ, consecrated and dedicated to ʿṯtr
   2  ḏ-Qbḍm and Wdm and Nkrḥm all the construction of the tower Yhr and of his curtain Rtʿ, of wood and of cut stone, from foundations to top, from the jamb of the door to the tower which ḏ-Ḥrḍ consecrated, when they sacrificed to ʿṯtr ḏ-Qbḍ
   3  four contributions - and every contribution (was composed of) forty-four (victims) - and they sacrificed a head of cattle to the gods, and they irrigated, thanks to that, all Maʿīn, free men, servants, salaried employee and the assembly of the officials (?), and when they sacrified to ʿṯtr ḏ-Qbḍ and to W-
