Apparatus
1-2It would be interesting to restore l.1: [... ... ʾ](ḫ), l.2: [ʿm]ʿly w-ʿmwtr (cf. Garbini-Francaviglia 2 and 3). Bron suggests instead that the ḫ in l.1 is first letter of the name that ends in l.2 and restores: Ḫ[l]ʿly.
