1 ʿlhn Nhfn bn Btʿ w-Hmdn Kbr ʾqynm w-ʾws¹lt Rfs²n w-bny-hw bny Hmdn Ḥywʿṯtr Yḍʿ w-Yrm ʾymn w-Brg Yhrḥb ʾqwl s²ʿbn S¹mʿy ṯlṯn ḏ-Ḥs²dm hḥdṯw w-ṣḥḥn w-bnyn bnyn ṣrḥt-hmw w-mḥfd-hmw b-ʿly Ḥdqn b-mqymt w-rdʾ s²ʿb-hmw Hmdn w-b-s²ym-hmw Tʾlb Rymm
| The text has been restored on the basis of some Arabic records in al-Hamdānī's al-Iklīl: this is only a CIH's attempt to reconstruct a plausible original south-Arabian text. That is the reason why it is not subdivided into lines. | |
