The inscription is told to originate from the Upper Jawf but this seems quite unlikely on account of the mentioned tribes.

TRANSLATIONS

English

   1  [... ...] the two tribes [..]mm and S²ddm and because Brg returned [... ...]
   2  and their cavalry and their tribe in security from this battle and so that Tʾlb may continue to grant His two servants Brg and ʿlhn of the banū Hamdān
   3  and their tribe Ḥs²dm favours, safety, strength, success, good luck and soundness of faculties and material resources and may He destroy and
   4  take out and defeat all their wars and their enemies and may He grant them the satisfaction of their lord Krbʾl Wtr Yhnʿm king of Sabaʾ and may He grant them
   5  good harvests and crops from all their lands and their valleys and may He save them from the harm and malice of any enemy; by their Patron
   6  Tʾlb Rymm.
