[H]ʿn (CIH, Beeston); as bny-hw is dual or plural and as the verb hqnyw is plural (not dual), it seems that the sons mentioned are two and a w- has been omitted between the names Yḥmd and Yġbr (CIH, Beeston).

1 [.]ʿn Yʾzm and his sons Yḥmd [and] Yġbr of the banu S¹myʿm, 2 clients of the banu Btʿ, dedicated to their Patron Tʾlb Rymm 3 Lord of Qdmn of Dmhn a bull of bronze and a stone tablet (?) 4 so that He protects them and grants them copious crops in 5 their fields and pastures and because Tʾlb-Rymm saved 6 His servant Yḥmd from the sickness he suffered from in (or coming from?) S¹hrtn 7 and the land of Hwzn and they praised the might and power of Tʾlb Rymm 8 so that He grants them the satisfaction of their lords and their tribe 9 and protects them from harm and malice of any enemy far or 10 near and they praised Tʾlb for all the favours he granted them in his oracle 11 and they praised Tʾlb because he increased the crops(?) 12 of their fields and pastures. And this dedication took place in the month 13 Dṯʾ of the year of S¹ʿdʿṯtr son of Ḥwfʿṯt, at the termination of the eponymous office; 14 and because He saved them from the land of Ḥimyar and the ʿrbn and from every expedition 15 they made; and because He granted His servant Yḥmd two 16 men whom he slew and buried (?) at ʿṯrb and Mʿlln and because He saved him 17 from the battle field Ṭmḥn to (or in) Ḫyl; by Tʾlb Rymm. |
Beeston 1937 a hypothesizes for "bn" a partitive or distributive use ("sicknesses, partly at Srhtn, partly in the land of Hwzn").
Beeston 1937 a notes about ʾmwrtn that "what the context would lead us to expect is something like "crops" and translates "(corn crops ?) [in]", accepting the two letters lacuna at the end of the line prospected by CIH (so probably to be restored with " b+").
Beeston 1937 a considers Ṣwʿm the second name of Ḥwfʿṯt, while in the Sabaic Dictionary he gives for ṣwʿ-m the meaning "termination of the eponymous office". CIH translated "opus caelatum" (that is, using Beeston's words "a work in embossed metal").
