1 [... ...] and some from the mqtt condemned this man ... 2 to death; and as for ʾls²rḥ Yḥḍb, king of Sabaʾ and ḏu- 3 Raydān, he praised and testified his thanks to ʿṯtr ḏ- 4 Ḏbn, Master of Bḥr Ḥṭbm, because He saved him and helped 5 and protect him from all the malices, calumnies and misfortunes of that 6 man Nmrn, who rose up and conspaired against the gods 7 and the men, and concerning (any hostile person) of whom they are not aware and do not know, may 8 ʿṯtr ḏ-Ḏbn, Master of Bḥr Ḥṭbm, repeatedly protect and save 9 His servant ʾls²rḥ Yḥḍb, king of Sabaʾ 10 and ḏu-Raydān, and their palaces S¹lḥn and Ġndn; and (may He repeatedly) preserve 11 and grant (protection) and be favourable towards him, against all the harms and 12 mischiefs; by ʿṯtr, Hbs¹ and ʾlmqh, and by ḏt Ḥmym, 13 by ḏt Bʿdnm and by the solar deity of the king Tnf. |
