Apparatus
10ʾḏkrwm is the plene writing of ʾḏkrm that seems to be used in the middle period until about the 2nd c. AD (Stein 2003 a: 80).
11-12The end of l.11 and l.12 are engraved on the edge of the plaque.

TRANSLATIONS

English

   1  Rbbm Yḫḍf and his brothers, banū
   2  Mḏyn, dedicated to the Master of their house ʾ-
   3  ḍr this inscription, from the tithe he has to give Him
   4  from the crops of his land, in the year of Tbʿ-
   5  krb son ofʾbkrb, ibn Kbr Ḫ-
   6  ll, in the first year of his office; and in order that He should grant them good crops
   7  in their land and their fields,
   8  and for their safety and for the satisfaction
   9  of their lords, the banū Mwḍʿm, and in order that He should grant
  10  them healthy male children,
  11  and should protect them against any harm and mischief,
  12  and because it has been and will be favourable for Rbbm and the banū Mḏyn.
