English

   1  May ʾlmqh, the Lord of (the temple) S²bʿn, grant (an oracular decision) to
   2  His servant Tbʿkrb concerning the decision about his two sons
   3  Ġḍbm and Ṯwrm, sons of
   4  (the clan) Mqrm, (in) the month ḏ-ʿṯtr. And
   5  therefrom he will seek luck.

According to Stein these kinds of texts are related to cult practice and probably were used by priests as notes to help them perform the correct rituals.
