1 ʾlkrb son of Lḥyʿṯt of the family Ygr made, gained legal possession, built, restored 2 his house Yʿd and its lower rooms and its upper rooms and its walls and all its inner rooms 3 in its entirety according to the orders of ʾnby and let there be no violation thereof; and he furnished it with the well of Ry[.]- 4 [.]n; by ʿm and by ʾnby and by ḏt Ṣntm and by ḏt Ẓhrn and by Yd- 5 ʿʾb Ḏbyn Yhrgb king of Qatabān and by his son Hwfʿṯt. |
| 3 | mtʿ was translated in Avanzini 2004 a: 61 with a noun "conduct". Now, it seems better to translate with a verb. The translation "to furnish" is based on the meaning of the verb mattaʿa in Arabic. |
