1-2the reading tḥmy is not sure; at the end of l. 1 it could be a lacuna of two letters.

TRANSLATIONS

English

   1  S²hr Hll Yhnʿm son of Ydʿʾb mukarrib of Qatabān built and restored (consecrated) the enclo-
   2  sure of the fertile area of S³dw for ʿm ḏ-Dwnm the Master of S³dw, when he was the Priest of ʿmm (or, great Priest) for the third time.
1-2the translation assumes that there is not a lacuna at the end of the line 1.
