CULTURAL NOTES
This woman called Rṯd left two dedications to the goddess ḏt Ṣntm (see also CSAI I, 127=CIAS 95.11/o 9 n. 3). It would be interesting to see if there are
divinities preferred by women in their dedications.
Moreover, in this text, Rṯd declares that the dedication was paid for from "the good from the whole of her property", a further evidence of some kind of "financial autonomy" of women in Ancient South Arabia.

As it happens for other goddess of the Qatabanian pantheon like, in particular, ʾṯrt, here ḏt Ṣntm is followed by a male epithet (Master of).
