   3  Ḥwkm w-ḏt Rḥbn l-hw w-l wld-hw w-ḏ-ʿḏr-hw b-ʿṯtr w-b ʿm w-b
   4  ʿm ḏ-S²qr w-b ʾnby w-b Ḥwkm w-b ḏt Rḥbn w-b-S²hr Hll w-bn-hw
   5  Nbṭʿm mlkw Qtbn

TRANSLATIONS

English

   1  Nbṭʿm son of Yqḥmlk of the family Ḏrʾn did cut and dig the excavation along the boundary of the mountain
   2  of Mwẓdm for his territory that of Drʿt and that of ʾṯrt, and he has committed it to the protection of ʿṯtr and ʿm ḏ-S²qr and
   3  Ḥwkm and ḏt Rḥbn for himself and his son and his successors; by ʿṯtr and by ʿm and by
   4  ʿm ḏ-S²qr and by ʾnby and by Ḥwkm and by ḏt Rḥbn and by S²hr Hll and his son
   5  Nbṭʿm, the two kings of Qatabān.
