TRANSLATIONS

English

   1  ʾnʿm ʾrym and his brothers Hwfʿm and
   2  Hwfʾl banū Ṯʿlbm and Ṣwbn built,
   3  constructed their support basin Tlfm, that of Ḥwkm. With the power
   4  of their lord Frʿn ibn Ḏrnḥ and Hṣbḥ, and with the help and the order
   5  of their father ʿmrm and his son S¹ʿdʿm banū Klʿn and Ṯʿlbm.
   6  They built that within six days. In the month Qyẓ of the year three
   7  hundred one. They committed the completion of the work to ʿm ḏ-Ẓwrm and to their
   8  solar deities. ʾglm, the stonemason, wrote.
