1 The descendants of the clan Grt, ʾqwl of the tribe Ḏmry 2 and their tribe S¹mhrm dedicated 3 to ʾlmqh, Lord of ʾwm, the two statues in bronze 4 in praise because ʾlmqh granted to them 5 the safety of their lord Ns²ʾkrb Yhʾnm 6 king of Sabaʾ son of Ḏmrʿly Ḏrḥ, and 7 because ʾlmqh, Lord of ʾwm, granted 8 to their lord Ns²ʾkrb the achieving of the proper success 9 in all the battles in which he intervened for the house 10 S¹lḥn, in wars and in peace, and may continue 11 ʾlmqh to grant to their lord Ns²ʾkrb safety, 12 strenght, success, prosperity of faculties and 13 power, and may grant to them ʾlmqh the safety of the 14 house S¹lḥn and of its owners, and the safety of its vassals 15 the descendants of the clan Grt and their qayl; by ʿṯtr S²rqn and ʿṯtr 16 ḏu-Ḏbn and Hwbs¹ and ʾlmqh and ḏt Ḥmym 17 and ḏt Bʿdnm and by the solar deity of the king Tnf and 18 by their two gods ʿṯtr ʿzzm and ḏt Ẓhrn, 19 Lords of the citadel Knn; and they committed the dedication 20 to ʿṯtr S²rqn and ʾlmqh, Lord of ʾwm. |
