1 S¹ʿds²m[s¹m ʾs¹rʿ and his son] 2 Mrṯdm, of the family [Grt, ʾqwl of the] 3 tribe Ḏmry, dedicated to ʾlmqhw 4 Ṯhwn, Lord of ʾwm, the two statues, as 5 ʾlmqhw ordered them in His 6 oracle, so that ʾlmqhw grants them prosperity 7 and good luck and for the safety of their 8 lord Wtrm Yhʾmn, king of Sabaʾ 9 and ḏu-Raydān, son of ʾls²rḥ Yḥḍb, 10 king of Sabaʾ and ḏu-Raydān, and for the safety of his 11 servants S¹ʿds²ms¹m and his son Mrṯdm 12 of the family Grt, and their ql and their tribe 13 S¹mhrm: may ʾlmqhw grant them 14 the satisfaction and the goodwill of their lord Wtrm, 15 king of Sabaʾ and ḏu-Raydān, and for what has been 16 and will be favourable to S¹ʿds²ms¹m and his son 17 Mrṯdm and the family Grt and their ql 18 and their tribe S¹mhrm. By 19 ʿṯtr and Hwbs¹ and ʾlmqhw and by 20 ḏt Ḥmym and by ḏt Bʿdnm 21 and by their two gods ʿṯtr ʿzzm and 22 ḏt Ẓhrn, in the citadel Knn, 23 and they committed their dedication to ʿṯtr 24 S²rqn and ʾlmqhw, Lord of ʾwm. |
