TRANSLATIONS

English

   1  Ḥmʿṯt ʾrs³l, of the family Rʾbm and Mhqbm, of the family Wzʾn, mqtwyy of ʾs¹dm ʾs¹ʿd, of the family
   2  S¹ʾrn and Mḥylm, dedicated to ʾlmqh Ṯhwn, Lord of ʾwm, four statues
   3  and a bull in bronze from their booty from Shabwa and from the town of Qanaʾ, in praise because
   4  their lord ʾs¹dm ʾs¹ʿd, of the family S¹ʾrn, came back from all the military expeditions he undertook and in which he performed service with
   5  their lord S²ʿrm ʾwtr king of Sabaʾ and ḏu-Raydān, in safety and with spoils and booty,
   6  which satisfied the heart of their lord ʾs¹dm ʾs¹ʿd, of the family S¹ʾrn, and in praise because
   7  ʾlmqhw granted them killings and booty which satisfied them, and in praise because
   8  ʾlmqhw fulfilled him in His oracle, and may He grant them the goodwill and the satisfaction of their lord ʾs¹dm
   9  ʾs¹ʿd, of the family S¹ʾrn; may He deliver them from the malice and the maleficence of any enemy. By ʾlmqh Lord of ʾwm.
