TRANSLATIONS

1 S²rḥs¹md, of the family Yṯʾr and ʾlfnm, 2 mqtwy of his lords Ys¹rm Yhnʿm 3 and S²mr Yhrʿs², kings of Sabaʾ and ḏ- 4 Raydān, dedicated to his lord ʾlmqh, Lord of ʾwm, 5 the statue in bronze, so that He grants His servant 6 S²rḥs¹md, of the family Yṯʾr and ʾlfnm, to take vengeance and 7 take the better of the one who brought a lawsuit against him before His lord 8 S²mr Yhrʿs²; and may his lord ʾlmqh continue 9 to punish anyone who would bring a lawsuit against him before 10 his lord; may his Lord ʾlmqhw grant him 11 the satisfaction and the favour of his lord S²mr and 12 the safety of his person. |
