TRANSLATIONS

English

   1  Wfdm, ʿqrbn, ʾmgd, ʾbkrb and
   2  their sons ʾs²ms¹, ʾbs²mr, Mrṯdʾwm
   3  and Yfrʿ ʾtnʿn, descendants of Brqm, servants of
   4  the family Kbs¹yn, dedicated to ʾlmqhw a statue
   5  in bronze, in praise because ʾlmqhw helped
   6  and saved His servant Wfdm from the
   7  judicial cases and the lawsuit that one from his tribe
   8  Tnʿmm brought against him in the presence of their lord, the king.
   9  And in fact ʾlmqhw helped and protected
  10  His servant Wfdm from those judicial cases
  11  and may ʾlmqh continue to save His servant
  12  Wfdm from the maleficence and the malice of the enemy,
  13  and may He grant them prosperities of faculties and
  14  power, and may He grant them the goodwill and the satisfaction of their lord Ḏ[... ...]
