   1  S¹mhkrb, chief of the assembly of the tribe ḏū Ms²rʿm, son of Bʿṯtr, and his
   2  brother Tbʿkrb son of Yṯʿkrb, of the family ʾtwm, founded and built
   3  their sluice Tʿd on the canal which drives out (water to) their palmgrove Wrq, which
   4  is called ḏt Mhrm, for its irrigation system and the irrigation system of all their property
   5  and their vineyard, from a watercourse in safety. And let nobody lay claim on them, from all
   6  Sabaʾ, to all irrigation system, rights of use, propriety, and cession (?) in this
