English

   1  If anyone, of whatever status, [takes a lease of]
   2  a vegetable plot from the estate of T., and it
   3  neither produces a profit nor is redeemed (sc. by T.) after
   4  its rent-charge shall have been paid in full for two years,
   5  its rent-charge shall lapse.
