| Textual typology | Dedicatory text - fragmentary |
| This text is very significant. In fact, it is a dedication made to Nbṭʿṯtr, whose only attestation so far in Minaic was found in Y.92.B.A 28 from Baraqish ("s³lʾ ʾhln Nbṭʿṯtr"). There Robin, interpreting ʾhln as an aberrant form for ʾlhn, considered Nbṭʿṯtr as a previously unknown god, fact which seems to be confirmed by this new text. On the basis of this comparison, a provenance of DhM 386 from Baraqish becomes then much probable. |
| 1 | the final w, though being much eroded, is still visible on the stone. |
| 2-3 | the clan name could be integrated as ḏ-ʿḏ[bt]n (see as-Sawdāʾ 12: 2). |
