   1  Thus as ordered [... ...] Ns²ʾkrb Yʾmn Yhrḥb, king of Sabaʾ and ḏu-Raydān, son of ʾls²rḥ Yḥḍb and Yʾzl
   2  Byn, the two king of Sabaʾ and ḏu-Raydān, to his vassals Mrṯdm and ʾs¹lm and to their son S²rḥm, of the family Mʾḏnm, and to their tribe Mʾḏnm,
   3  to their landlords and chiefs, the great and the small, all instruction, directive and determination against whom could make comfortable (by grazing) in the valley Ḥrd
   4  all camels, bovines and cattle; and against whom could trample down, cut down, destroy, demage (crops) in this valley Ḥrd, from the sanctuary of [... ...]
   5  until the plantation Fhdm which is in the area [... ...] the valley Ḥrd, thus as [... ...] and the two dams in Ḥl[.]hn and [... ...]
