A. Beeston (1981: 27), referring to RES 3960, 5 (krbn mrʾẓn), considers krbn a consecutive infinitive "be bound by any instruction", as a reflexive stem or, in alternative, as a ground-stem, meaning "to carry out".
6ḥlynn w-gbʾnn: "i donativi e le immunità tributarie" (Conti Rossini 1925).
The two nouns are in the form fʿln.
