1 Thus ordained and decreed 2 Tʾlb, Lord of pastures (Lord of Mḫylm), and S¹ʿdm, 3 Yḥmʾl, of the family S¹ḫymm, and 4 their tribe of the city Brn, 5 Tʿrm, ʾs²rʿ and Dr, and all 6 the cultivated land of the city Brn: that they shall set up a qyf and 7 reserve the grazing-ground (against) any herdsman of the 8 open country and of the pastureground of the mountain ḏ-Ḍbʿnn; (they prohibed) from 9 bringing into it any flock 10 according to the boundary cairns of that grazing-ground 11 (following) all its regulations. According what they granted 12 and granted grazing rights, their lords, the 13 family of S¹ḫymm. |
