Apparatus
1-2According to A. Jamme (1962 a), the text starts with the name of the king Ḏmrʿly Yhbr, the author of the inscription, while according to the previous editors the top of the stone was broken, cutting off one line of text.
2N. Rhodokanakis (1931) restores after mrʾ-hmw the name of the king; A. Jamme (1962 a) reads part of the letter ʾ after mrʾ-hmw and integrates ʾlmqh. On the basis of the KHM's photograph, Jamme's reading is the most plausible, while a letter ḏ has to be exluded.
5w-hl-mw: P. Stein (2003 a) suggests to emend the text as w-ḥg-mw.
