| The surface of the epigraph is deeply abraded and that makes it difficult to read the inscription. Kitchen's reading has been followed, although the main verb of the text seems to be missing in l.2. | |
| 3, 5 | The reading of the word ʾrḍ is in doubt since the last letter might also be read as b. |
| 4-5 | In the name of the well, Thrzy, the final y seems to have been altered from ḥ. |
