GENERAL NOTES

The editors note that reference to the eponym ʾbkrb bn Mʿdkrb bn Fḍḥm is found in Ja 633, dated to the year 222/223 AD (reign of the king S²ʿrm ʾwtr). Therefore, they date the text at the beginning of the 3rd century AD.
