3 b-Ys¹rn w-ʾl ʾs¹ s¹ʾl Ḏmrʿly b-ḏn mʾḫ(ḏn) mḥmtm w-mf(l)qm
TRANSLATIONS

1 Ḏmrʿly Ynf, mkrb of Sabaʾ, son of Ykrbmlk Wtr, built, laid foundations 2 and completed the basin Byḥn (for) the canalization system and the sluice of his property Hdṯtn 3 in Ys¹rn, and let nobody claim against Ḏmrʿly regarding this basin as a canalization system and a water distribution. |
