TRANSLATIONS

English

   1  S¹ʿdm ʾḏrḥ and his brother Ḥywm, and [their] son,
   2  [..]ḥn, of the family Brdd, dedicated to Tʾlb Rymm, Lord
   3  of Trʿt, this statue, for the well-being of their lord, S²ʿ-
   4  rm ʾwtr, king of Sabaʾ and ḏū-Raydān, son of ʾl-
   5  hn Nhfn, king of Sabaʾ and ḏu-Rayadān, and for the well-being
   6  of their lord Ḥywʿṯtr Yḍʿ, of the family Hmdn;
   7  and may Tʾlb grant them the favour and the goodwill of their lords,
   8  the kings, and of the family Hmdn; and because [… ...]

CULTURAL NOTES

It is noteworthy the title of the father of the king. ʿlhn Nhfn usually helds the title of "king of Sabaʾ".
