rbw: uncertain reading of the third letter. The first reading is based on Jamme's; cf. Arabic rabâ "to increase, augment". See Jamme 1982: 36.
Nevertheless, the variant rbʿ proposed by Beeston seems to be more appropriate. His reading is based on an idiom well known in Arabic where a numeral is preceded by the fāʿil form of the next higher number. See Beeston 1981 a: 15-16.

   2  Lḥyṯt of the family Ks²ht,
   3  dedicated to ʾlmqh
   4  this man in bronze,
   5  three and a forth besides soldiers in
   6  bronze and his son Ḥmʿṯt and Mʿdkrb
   7  and ʾws¹ʿṯt and Lḥyʿṯt and
   8  ʾws¹m, descendants of the family Ks²ht, and ʿmkrb, Kbr
   9  ʾqynm of Mrḥbm and
  10  Ḏmrydʿ, of the family Kbr
  11  Ḫll and Hwfʿṯt, son of S²rs¹hmw,
  12  and his house Yfʿn and all their properties which
  13  are in ʾḏnt and in the valley of Ns²qm. By ʿṯtr and
  14  ʾlmqh and ḏt-Ḥmym and ḏt-Bʿdnm
  15  and ḏt-Bls³m and by Ydʿʾl Byn, king
  16  of S¹bʾ.
