1 S²mr Ykb, of the family Ws²km, dedicated 2 to ʾlmqh ḏ-Hrn this tablet, 3 because He granted him in 4 His oracle, and because He may continue to 5 grant him in the oracle which he asks 6 from Him; and because He conceded 7 him an excellent slaughter from the tribe 8 Nbs²m; and for increasing to him abundance 9 of faculty and might, and the goodwill of his 10 lord Yṯʿm ibn Mrṯdm. |
| 9 | rḍy "goodwill"; the parallel form rḍw is present in other texts from ʿAmrān (e.g. CIH 77, 9) and it is the only form attested outside the high plateau. |
