   1  Ns²ʾkrb Yʾmn Yhrḥb, king of Sabaʾ and ḏu-Raydān, son of ʾls²rḥ Yḥḍb and Yʾzl Byn, the two kings of Sabaʾ and ḏu-Raydān, granted, assigned, gave possession, transferred and handed over his vassals ʿmrm
   2  and to his sons ʾbs²mr, Rbʿt, Ḥywʿṯtr and S²rḥwdm, of the family Ḥbb, ʾqwl of the tribe Ṣrwḥ, Ḫwln Ḫḍlm and Hynn, the inhabitants that are named Rbbt and his sons Yfrʿ,
   3  Mrṯdʾwm and ʾbʾmn and his sons Tzʾd, Wfym, ʾḥs³s³, Ḥyw, ʾbʾmr, Ḥmdm and Nʿmlt and his sons Whbʿzyn, Rṯdʿzyn, Rbbʿzz, Ḍbʿn, Krbʾl, Rṯd,

   7   granted to the family ḏ-Ḥbb. And may be these men and women and all their children and the children of their children and their descendant similar to and (with) the legal status of the vassals of the family ḏ-Ḥbb, the serfs born in the household
   8  and in the residences in the city of Ṣrwḥ. And might all order and decree and command of their lords, the family ḏ-Ḥbb, in city and countryside, in every place, far and near, similar to
