| Notes on support and decorations | Fragment of slab, probably used as architectural element, with false window motif made from three recessed panels. On the external one a two-line inscription is engraved; on the middle one two-headed (?) snake is represented with wavy body in horizontal position, delimited by the letter B (probably a king's symbol) and by the monogram of the king of Nashshān S¹mhyfʿ Ys¹rn. The internal panel is plain. On the back, presence of two mortises to fix the object (Arbach and Schiettecatte 2006: 17). |
