| Notes on support and decorations | A flat face, carved essentially in two planes, with a strong brow ridge, no eyes (originally painted), a flat triangular pig-like nose with drilled nostrils, an incised line for the mouth, no ears, and the lower part of large chin missing. The head stops at the hair line. The top is smooth at the front, but roughens as it tapers downwards towards the back. There are vertical tool marks on back. |
