| Notes on support and decorations | Cylindrical, white and blue-grey mottled agate bead stamp-seal, pierced longitudinally. It is engraved on a slightly flattened size with drill-hole design of a stylised horned quadruped facing right with head turned back, below a monogram or four-pointed star. Jamme suggests it is a horse and rider surmounted by an alif, the initial of a proper name of the craftsman (Jamme 1971: 53). |
