Notes on support and decorationsThe plaque is defined as "pendant" because comparisons suggest that it originally might had a hole to be hanged. It is made of bone or perhaps ivory. It represents two sphinxes moving toward the left, separated by a stylized palm tree. As it is burnt and broken on the left side, according to Antonini on the missing fragment two other sphinxes were probably engraved, together with the end of the propitiatory formula. On the hips of the sphinxes, a symbol in the shape of the letter F is represented.
